Before proceeding with the booking of a tent or a marquee for your wedding, require a management plan.
This will allow you to make sure everything is in place; table, stage, dance floor, buffet, etc..
Too many companies have a number of smaller tents. They will try to convince you that it is possible to make your evening in their tent despite a large number of guests.
Due to a lack of availability in their inventories or simply because they do not have the appropriate size tent for your needs, many entrepreneurs hiring of tents and marquees will try to convince you to rent their tent without any concern of your needs and will thus hold out the possibility of your event for less in their small tents.
The result is deceiving and simply will not match your expectations.
With us nothing is left aside. A plan to scale and in 3D allows us to ensure the smooth running of the evening by providing sufficient space for the comfort of all!
Remember that aside you and your guests (including table and chairs) the catering team of servers will need to install service points. In addition, the stage or the DJ also occupies an important space, adding to this a dance floor.
A management plan will also allow you to respond appropriately to all safety precautions such as: the regulations on fire exits and evacuation.
