Before proceeding with the booking of a tent or a marquee for your wedding, you will require a management plan.
This will allow you to make sure everything is in place, head table, stage, dance floor, buffet, etc.. (See separate text plan)
For us, nothing is left to chance! A plan scale and in 3D allows us to ensure the smooth running of the evening by providing sufficient space for the comfort of all!
Remember that aside you and your guests, (including tables and chairs) the catering team of servers will need to install service’s points. In addition, the stage or the DJ also occupy an important space, adding to this a dance floor.
A management plan will also allow you to respond appropriately to all safety regulations such as the fire exits and evacuation.

Although we allow you to choose your own equipment, here are some tips to help you in your choice:
_ Remember that renting a tent is to have an outdoor event protecting from rain, wind, heat and humidity of a cold evening.
_ Plan a small tent vestibule adjacent to the entrance of your tent, this will facilitate the reception of more people at the entrance of the tent. It is used often to have a table for signing the register, the gift table, etc..
_ We cannot think of letting the catering inside the tent for two basic reasons: Cooking and smoke can damage the tent and discomforting your guests, so a small tent kitchen should also be attached to the rear of tent.
_ To facilitate access to mobile toilets, we arrange a tent’s passage leading to a small vestibule joining the rest-room giving you all the comfort needed without the inconvenience of the rain.
