Position: Lean Agent (Continuous Improvement Project Manager)
Immediate supervisor: HR and Logistics Director
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (the employee determines his or her work schedule)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/year depending on experience

Do you want to be in charge of the layout of our new factory? We are looking for a Lean Agent who will be responsible for implementing the principles of Lean Management in all production and warehouse departments.
Main duties of the position:
- Ensure that the principles of Lean Management are conveyed by implementing methods and processes;
- Denote waste in production flows and propose new ideas for redesigning the plant;
- Build action plans to tackle the 8 wastes and non-compliances;
- Follow up with the supervisors of the various departments on the completion of lean priorities;
- Addressing the 5 "S" throughout the plant;

What success looks like:
- In 3 months : You understand the production sequence of the vinyl, the metal and the rental component. You have made a diagnosis and you are able to target operational non-conformities. You offer suggestions on our systems, operations and processes.
- In 6 months : You have determined not only the needs, but also a process to set up the production floors according to Lean. You will coach employees on lean management concepts. You have built training courses on the operation of CNC and RF machines in the production departments. You have implemented relevant KPIs that are monitored regularly. You analyze these figures and work with the various stakeholders to improve them. You liaise between departments to ensure an optimal production flow.
- In 12 months: You are actively involved in the lean move-in of our new factory. You will guide the company's lean vision according to the priorities to be achieved. The vinyl and metal manufacturing plant are "5 S". Supervisors now have tools to assess waste internally and are involved in bringing Lean to life in turn. You take part in the company's strategic decisions.

Qualifications and work experience:
- DEC in industrial engineering or other relevant training;
- Very good knowledge of Lean Management ;
- Advanced technological skills;
- Ability to communicate easily and clearly;
- Analytical and solution-oriented mind;
- Administrative rigour;
- Ability
to take on challenges and see the bright side!
