Position: Warehouse Worker (Sorting and Industrial laundry Department)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day, with possible overtime during peak periods
Starting Wage: $25-27$/hour

Are you dynamic, physically fit, and comfortable working both in a team and independently?
Interested in occasionally working at heights and operating a forklift?

You’ll be responsible for receiving, sorting, maintaining, and handling rental equipment. You will also take part in general facility upkeep and provide support to other departments as needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Wash tent fabrics using the industrial washer
• Prepare orders
• Perform general building maintenance
• Receive and ship merchandise

What Success Looks Like

• After 3 months: You are fully autonomous with tent fabrics washing procedures and vinyl order preparation. You have completed forklift training and can sort materials based on their condition.
• After 6 months: You have gained experience in other related departments. You understand the full maintenance cycle of the tent fabrics. You can work alongside someone with little to no experience and still achieve daily objectives.
• After 12 months: You have mastered all steps of the maintenance process (service, rental, and sales contracts) as well as order preparation. You can set daily departmental priorities and have become a go-to reference for your teammates.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience in an SME (small or medium-sized business)
• Initiative and resourcefulness
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and endurance
