Apprentice Installer

Position: Apprentice Installer 


Work schedule: 40h/week and + 

Salary: 20/H All required qualifications and work experience below: Be available to work more hours during the summer period (April to September); You are manual and resourceful; You are in good physical condition and you want to work outside. 

Salary increased by $2/H to $3.50/H if:

You have your driver's license (class 5) and you are able to drive a 20' truck and/or Pick-Up with trailer; 1 to 2 of experience in a related field; renovation, landscaping, swimming pool, construction, staging. Never the same work environment... you'll see the country! You are paid during transport to the construction sites. The teams vary between 2 and 15 people. You handle different tools (hammer, drill, round saw, winch). You drive different trucks and forklifts. Rain or shine… the installation takes place. You have a moral of steel. The routine bores you. You are in very good physical shape and you are always looking to push your limits.

You have your driver's license (class 5) and you are able to drive a 20' truck and/or Pick-Up with trailer; 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field; renovation, landscaping, swimming pool, construction, staging; Be available to work more hours during the summer period (April to September); You have strong leadership, a great sense of initiative and you are a good communicator; You are manual and resourceful; You are in good physical condition and you want to work outside.

Salary increased by $2/H to $5/H if:

Warehouse Supervisor

Position: Warehouse

Supervisor Immediate supervisor: Logistics Director

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off

Starting salary: between $62,000 and $68,000 (depending on experience)

You work in the warehouse with members of the shipping/receiving and fabric maintenance team. You are eyes and ears to the floor. You are the link between the administration and the factory workers.   • - In 6 months: You are familiar with the principles of Lean Management and you are able to propose possible solutions for continuous improvement. You create tools that allow you to evaluate and optimize the performance of your department. You take the lead in managing the technical follow-ups of the various projects. You have implemented a quality control system. You maintain an 85% success rate (OTAC) on shipments.
  • - In 12 months: You have all the technical knowledge to intervene in all eventualities. You have established a relationship of trust with the employees. You are THE reference in the warehouse. OTAC is now at 90%.

Electrical mechanic

Work schedule: Monday to Friday DAYTIME, weekends you will have HOLIDAYS

Salary: $30 /H

All required qualifications and work experience below:

DEP in electromechanics of automated systems;

Maintenance experience of 3 to 5 years;

Ability to adapt to changes; Strong leadership and able to work in a growing environment;

Able to work with technological tools;

Be autonomous, motivated and want to get involved in projects;

Ability to manage priorities and plan goals.

You are multitasking, easily autonomous and structured. You take the lead on priorities and you are able to organize yourself. As an electro-mechanic, you will ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and machines mainly, through the general maintenance of the building. You work both alone and in a team.

Main duties of the position:

  • Do preventive maintenance of machines (plasma cutter, welder, industrial washer, air conditioners, band saw, drill);
  • Analyze and plan daily priorities; Perform repairs and troubleshooting;
  • Installation of new machines;
  • Work closely with the warehouse supervisor;
  • All other tasks related to building renovation and maintenance (electricity/plumbing).
