The road is paved; only a few adjustments remain to be made to make the journey more enjoyable. So…
We are looking for a road trip partner who wants to move forward with us (there are already 2 of us in the car), who is able to take the wheel when necessary, hold the road map to show us the way, but who is also able to suggest a new route. Someone who knows when to step on the gas and when to slow down in the curves. This remains to be confirmed, but we might even let you choose the music! 😉

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will play a recommendation and advisory role, with autonomy in the execution and prioritization of HR files, while remaining separate from the strategic decision-making power reserved for your superior.

You are a pillar we can rely on, the go-to reference and a key human, not an administrative function.

This is a field-based and operational position. We do not spend our entire days solely in front of our computers; the work involves a lot of contact with employees and managers. As HR professionals, we make things happen!

If what you just read speaks to you… keep reading!

The role, concretely:
Handle the full recruitment process, from job analysis to onboarding new employees;
Ensure the complete employee life cycle and conduct related meetings;
Participate in building a healthy and engaging culture and plan social activities;
Draft all policies and official documents;

Implement and facilitate training sessions;
Propose improvements to the total compensation program;
Support managers and ensure continuous improvement of HR practices.

What we also offer:
Flexible schedule – start and end times not predefined;
Free gourmet coffee on site, unlimited;
A relaxed and family-oriented work environment;
Free on-site gym (end of 2026);
Training and development program (UGAR);
Company-organized social activities.

What success looks like:

In 3 months:
Fully integrated, you are autonomous with the entire recruitment process: job descriptions, posting platforms, interviews, ideal candidate profiles, etc.
