Join Grandchamp Chapiteaux as a Sales Project Manager!
You’ll play a key role in the company’s growth — owning your clients, your projects, and your results.

You’ll handle incoming requests (calls, emails, RFPs), evaluate project feasibility, and prepare detailed quotes. You’ll coordinate with internal teams (equipment, production, transport) to deliver large-scale projects while ensuring outstanding customer follow-up.

At the same time, you'll develop new markets, identify strategic opportunities, and contribute to Grandchamp’s expansion across Canada, the United States, and Europe. You’ll attend trade shows, travel regularly to meet clients, and proudly represent the company.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bilingual (French/English)

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage complex technical projects

  • Experience with RFPs and tender processes

  • Autonomy, strong organizational skills, results-driven mindset

  • Experience in market development and prospecting

  • Willingness to travel frequently and attend international trade shows

  • Leadership: ability to mentor junior sales reps

Salary & Conditions:

  • Annual salary between $70,000 and $110,000, based on experience

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week, on-site presence with regular travel

Your path to success:

  • 3 months: You’ve mastered our tools, processes, products, and terminology. You handle quotes independently.

  • 6 months: You generate your own sales opportunities, understand our technical constraints, and push projects forward.

  • 12 months: You’re a key player in the team, tracking KPIs, contributing to process improvements, and helping expand our markets.

  • Embracing internal equity and a unique value system in Quebec.
