Position: Warehouse Concierge
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional
weekend work
Salary: $25 per hour

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Housekeeping and Cleaning
- Perform regular maintenance tasks (floors, windows, trash cans, recycling, etc.).
- Ensure the general cleanliness of production and storage areas.
- Ensure a sufficient supply of sanitation and maintenance supplies.
General Building Maintenance
· Perform minor repairs related to electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
- Conduct preventive inspections of facilities and report any issues.
- Assist with the maintenance of building systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, doors, and loading docks).
- Coordinate certain tasks with external contractors as needed.
Operations Support
- Participate in various projects to set up and improve facilities.
- Perform various material-handling tasks as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning products and equipment.
- Any other related tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience in building maintenance, renovation, or janitorial work
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or other technical fields
- Ability to lift moderate loads and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
After 3 months: You are familiar with the facilities, have established an effective maintenance routine, and keep the spaces clean while being able to prioritize needs; employees know they can count on you.
After 6 months: You take a proactive approach, carry out repairs efficiently, maintain good cleaning practices, and collaborate effectively with teams and suppliers, with a recognized positive impact.
After 12 months: The building is clean, safe, and well-maintained; you have mastered the systems, contribute to continuous improvement, and anticipate needs, which significantly reduces unforeseen issues
