Starting salary: $24-26/hour, depending on experience and training

Main job functions : Operate the 5-axis machining station and be in charge of programming; Complete daily report sheets; All other related production support tasks. What success looks like :

- In 3 months: You understand the manufacturing process as a whole. You're familiar with the parts. You operate the machining station independently.

- In 6 months: You are the main operator of the 5-axis machining station. You are comfortable with programming and custom adjustments.

- In 12 months: You'll bring new ways of doing things and new ideas to make you more effective in your role. Qualifications and work experience: DEP in numerical control machining or other related diploma; One year's experience in a similar position (asset); Ability to differentiate between different types of metal; Ability to calculate machining parameters (sets-up); Good physical condition;
