MATRA 2019

Each year, one of the biggest conventions for tent manufacturers, MATRA (Manufacturers and Tent Renters Association) is organized in the United States. Being among several other tent manufacturers from around the world, we wanted to stand out from the others.

We therefore installed a clear span structure tent from which we suspended a pick-up truck to demonstrate the extreme strength our structures can withstand.

Challenge encountered:

Find a way to hang the truck, speak with engineers to make sure everything was safe and approved, find the exact tension point, do tests in the yard, and thencarry out our innovative project.

It was a complete success.
