Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h/day (flexible schedule)

Starting salary: Between $28/hour

You're resourceful, meticulous and not afraid to take the initiative on a project. You like a variety of tasks. You are skilled in MIG and Argon welding. Main job duties : Take care of the entire part process (cutting, cleaning, drilling and welding the part); Master acetylene cutting; Complete daily report sheets; Receiving/shipping merchandise; Use of tools: metal press, miter saw, band saw, drill press, grinder, drill press, bench saw, round saw, etc; All other related tasks.

- In 3 months: You've mastered the welding of all parts. You understand the process from sales to production to delivery.

- In 6 months: You've mastered the cutting of different types of parts, and you're familiar with all the tasks at the other stations in your department.

- In 12 months: You'll be a reference! You're able to train new recruits as needed, because you've mastered all the steps of the job as well as the different tools and machines.

Qualifications and work experience : DEP in welding and assembly; 2 years' experience on a welding station; Ability to differentiate between different types of metal; Good physical condition; Blueprint reading (imperial).
