Work Schedule: 35 hours/week, day shift

THE POSITION
You are organized, creative, and passionate about impactful communication.
Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, you will create content that inspires, informs, and supports the company’s growth objectives while enhancing our employer brand.
Your responsibilities will include:

Writing and updating website content, ad pages, etc.

Developing professional presentations, brochures, and product/service sheets.

Enhancing the visual quality of our internal and external communications.

Producing promotional content (employer brand videos, corporate presentations, testimonials).

Collaborating closely with management and the HR team to translate strategic objectives into concrete marketing tools.

Participating in special projects related to expansion and innovation (AI projects, certified training for our manufacturing clients, supporting business development).

Preparing and organizing documents required for calls for tenders (company presentation, service offers, professional formatting, proofreading).

Supporting recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.

Supporting internal teams with clear documents aligned with our tone and brand image (presentations, sales materials, tools, etc.).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in marketing communications or content creation.

Excellent command of French and English.
-
Strong sense of aesthetics, visual marketing, and storytelling.

Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.

Highly autonomous, organized, and deadline-oriented.

Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.

Brand image and employer branding oriented.

Portfolio or proof of work required to apply.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In 3 months: You are familiar with our communication tools and understand our needs. You produce requested visuals, texts, and content autonomously and on time.
In 6 months: You know how to prioritize tasks, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and consistently support ongoing projects (recruitment, social media, HR and marketing documents).
In 12 months: You are fully comfortable in your role. You contribute to the company’s brand consistency, manage your production workload rigorously, and are recognized for your daily reliability.
